Baked Spicy Carrots
1 lb. carrots
1 drizzle of olive oil
1 pinch of paprika
1 pinch of chili pepper
1 inch of ginger
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
Wash the carrots and leave 3 cm of carrot tops on. Without peeling them, cut each one lengthwise into four pieces. Place the carrots in a bowl and season with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, unpeeled, sliced ginger, the chili pepper, paprika and lemon juice. Mix the carrots by hand to season thoroughly.
Place the carrots on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 190° in a ventilated oven for 35-40 minutes, until golden and caramelized.
