Kohlrabi Fries
2 Kohlrabi
2 t olive oil
½ t salt
½ t garlic powder
¼ t pepper
½ t chili powder
Preheat oven to 425.
Peel and slice the kohlrabi into thin fries. Toss with olive oil and seasonings and roast for 20-30 minutes, flipping once halfway. Cook until soft and golden.
