This soup couldn't be easier to prepare. The kohlrabi and celeriac make it nice and creamy, and the spinach makes it vibrant in colour and flavour!
1 onion, chopped
1 kohlrabi, peeled & cubes
½ to 1 celeriac, peeled & cubes
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 bag of spinach
1C broth, water or coconut milk
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes

Sauté the onion, followed by kohlrabi & celeriac.
Add the garlic & cook for however long you want depending on your raw-garlic preference.
Add spinach & the broth. Blend.
