High Protein Cheesy Broccoli Pizza

Packed with nutrients and flavour, this unique pizza crust made from broccoli is not only a great way to sneak in more veggies but also delivers a hearty dose of protein.

High Protein Cheesy Broccoli Pizza

½ lb broccoli
1 medium tomato
1 handful fresh basil
2-3 Tbsp cottage cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 drizzle of olive oil
2 handfuls shredded cheese of choice
red pepper flakes to taste

Boil broccoli until tender. Combine tomato, basil, cottage cheese, garlic & olive oil in a blender. Blend well, set aside.

Drain broccoli of water. Place between paper towel & press down to remove all excess water. Put in a bowl & mix in cheese to create your broccoli “dough”.

On a baking sheet, spread broccoli dough on parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F. Remove from the oven.

On broccoli crust, add sauce, cottage cheese, red pepper flakes and bake for another 10 minutes.
